Fourteen days, on the whole order. Reply to the email that sent you the book and write “refund.” The money comes back, all of it, and you keep the PDFs.
That is the entire policy. There is no longer version of it somewhere else with the exceptions in it.
Every book in the order, at every price. The first one, anything added at checkout, and anything bought afterwards from an email — each covered for fourteen days from the day it was paid for. There is no product on this site that is sold as a final sale, and no book that is cheaper because it cannot be refunded.
If you bought three things on three different days and want everything back, say so in one email. You do not have to send three.
Reply to the email that delivered the files and write refund. If you cannot find it, write to [email protected] from the address you used at checkout.
There is no form. You do not have to give a reason, and you will not be asked for one, offered a discount instead, or put in front of somebody trained to talk you out of it.
We start the refund within two working days of your email and confirm it when we do. The money is returned to the same card, wallet or PayPal account that paid, and how quickly it shows up after that is your bank's business — usually five to ten working days.
You keep the PDFs. There is no download to revoke and nobody will ask you to delete anything. This is deliberate: a book you have to give back is a book you were only ever renting, and that is not what was sold.
As a consumer in the European Union you have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal on distance purchases. For digital content delivered immediately, that right normally ends the moment you agree to immediate delivery and start the download.
It does not end here. The policy in section 1 is granted on top of the law and is wider than it: fourteen days from payment, on the whole order, whether or not you have opened the files. Nothing on this page reduces any right you have under Italian or EU consumer law.
If something has gone wrong, an email gets your money back faster than your bank will, and it gets you an answer as well. Write first. If the answer is unsatisfactory, the card dispute is still there and it is still yours to use.
The policy that applies to your order is the one published on this page on the day you bought. A change is never applied backwards.
