These terms apply to every purchase made through inanyroom.com. By completing an order you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not complete the order.
Digital books, delivered as PDF files. Nothing physical ships. There is no course, no login, no membership and no subscription: each purchase is a single payment for a single set of files.
Page counts and contents are described on the page where each book is sold. What is not described there is not part of what you are buying.
Prices are shown in US dollars and include any tax due, unless the checkout states otherwise before you pay. The price you see at checkout is the price charged. Payment is taken by our payment providers; we never see or store your card details.
The files are sent to the email address you enter at checkout, normally within a few minutes. If nothing has arrived within an hour, check your spam folder and then write to [email protected]. A person reads that mailbox and will resend the files.
Fourteen days, on the whole order. Reply to the email that sent you the book and write “refund.” The money comes back, all of it, and you keep the PDFs.
This covers everything in the order, including any book added at checkout or bought afterwards — not only the first one. The full policy is on the Refunds page.
The files are for you. You may read them on any device you own, print a copy for yourself, and keep them for as long as you like.
You may not resell them, republish them, upload them anywhere public or private for others to download, rebrand them, or use their text to build anything you sell. No commercial or redistribution licence is offered, and none is implied by the price.
They are a personal account and a set of exercises. They are not psychological, medical, legal or financial advice, and the author is not a psychologist, a therapist or a coach. No result of any kind is promised, and none should be inferred. If what is stopping you is heavier than a quiet Friday night, take it to somebody qualified.
We are liable for what the law requires us to be liable for, and nothing is excluded here that cannot lawfully be excluded — including liability for death, personal injury, fraud or gross negligence. Beyond that, our liability for any claim connected to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase.
The email address you give at checkout is the address the files are sent to and the address a refund is requested from. Give one you can reach.
These terms can change. The version that applies to your order is the one published on this page on the day you bought, and the date at the top says which that is. Changes are never applied backwards to an order already placed.
Italian law governs these terms. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you keep every mandatory protection of the country you live in, and you may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Before any of that, write to us: most of what people call a dispute is a file that never arrived.
